Introduction

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 8888pk, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction if applicable. We apply strict age verification as part of our KYC process. Any user found to be under the minimum legal age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance — including winnings — may be voided at our discretion.
5. Own identity: You must register using your own true identity. Accounts registered under false names, on behalf of third parties, or using falsified documents are strictly prohibited.
6. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on the Platform or any related platform operated under the same group.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of 8888pk, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and preferred contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share access to your Account with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

8888pk reserves the right to request, at any time, identity verification documentation including a valid government-issued ID (CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling activity and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, content or game logic.
• You will not use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place wagers or exploit promotional offers.
• You will not use the Platform for any money-laundering activity or as a conduit for the proceeds of crime.

Breach of any term in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of outstanding wagers and forfeiture of Account balances, at the Platform's sole discretion.

Deposits & Payments

8888pk provides access to a range of deposit channels. The availability of any specific payment method — including mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast) and bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) — is subject to the operator's live cashier at the time of deposit and is not guaranteed. The inclusion of these payment names is for reference only; 8888pk does not represent that any named provider supports or endorses gambling transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 8888pk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is activated.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Live betting: In-play markets are subject to real-time updates. Odds fluctuate continuously and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance, not at the odds displayed when the selection was first viewed.
• Results and settlements: Sporting event results are determined by reference to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, UFC). Disputes regarding results must be raised within seven (7) days of settlement.

• Money laundering or using the Platform to process, conceal or convert funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion orders or bonus restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, by means of VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.

Intellectual Property

All content on 8888pk — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 8888pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Amendments

8888pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or prominent on-platform notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and/or licensed, as applicable. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws may independently govern their conduct. Nothing in these Terms overrides applicable local law. 8888pk makes no representation that the Platform's operation is compliant with Pakistani law or has received approval from any Pakistani governmental authority.
